Sate Bakso Ikan

ingredients:
250 grams of fish fillet, mashed
1 teaspoon salt
85 ml of water
6 pcs red onion, finely chopped
125 g of corn starch
skewer
cooking oil






How to make:
Mix the meat first fish, mackerel, red onions (tasty taste) and salt and stir well.
Pour water into the mixture gradually while in stir until blended.
Enter the sago flour gradually while stirring until the dough is smooth in.
Take 1 teaspoon dough, then put on top of round container of cooking oil that has been spread.
Do it until the dough runs out, fried in oil that is not too hot, until browned, remove and drain.
Stick and fish balls on skewers as many as 3 pieces. Serve with chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
notes: (For 30 pieces)
